Fill the track with the sounds and smells and smoke of the legendary 2 bangers. Classes are: 29 Years & Under / 30+. (This is for anyone with a 125cc, 250cc or 300-500cc arm-stretcher, Senior Riders 16+ Only)
Juniors Dust it Off Practice – $20
2.25pm – 2.45pm
One for the junior riders, get in and rip around in a 30-minute moto practice session. (85CC-150CC, Riders must be aged 13 – 15.
The Friday Knock Off (Two person team race) $45pp

Grab a buddy and team up for the ultimate Friday arvo knock off session. Riders will change wristbands in the transition area. (Senior Riders 16+ Only)

Our pals from the infamous Ellaspede Dust Hustle will be commanding a bunch of crazy antics around a purpose cut TT Track for the entire Red Bull Day in the Dirt Down Under. Throw your pre 90’s vintage classics, postie bikes and risky road bikes in the trailer, because all of your favourite Dust Hustle race categories are rolling out. There are also plenty of races for Mini’s (Kids aged 4-8) and Juniors (Youth aged 9 – 15) in this schedule.
Main Track
Vet Classic Grand Prix – $45
8:30am – 30-min GP
The experienced Vet Classic. One for the legends and those young and fast at heart. Classes are: 30-45 Years / 45+.
Beginner/Novice Grand Prix – $45
9.05am – 30-min GP
New to racing? Time to give it a good old crack. Classes are: 250cc / 450cc. (Senior Riders 16+ Only)
Bossa Nova 3-Man Grand Prix – $45pp
9.40am – 45-min GP
Find two buddies, create a team, and do the Bossa Nova!
Regulations: All three team members will be on the track at the same time, and lowest combined times will determine the places. Classes are: Fast Guys / New Guys / Moto Industry. (Senior Riders 16+ Only)

A two-man team race with a twist (and a baton). Every lap, riders will swap wristbands in the transition area. Both team members can share a bike or ride their own. Classes are: Man and Woman (Mixed), You & A Mate, Father & Son (16+) and Old Fart (45+) Young Punk (16-29)

Time to hit the track fence lines and watch some current and former legends of the sport hold it wide open. This is an invite only race.

We’ll expect some killer costumes and crazy antics from this full field of females as they show us how to Hustle! Any bike is allowed, apart from MX race bikes. Women are eligible to enter all other Dust Hustle classes too.

Soup up the scooter and tear the tarp off the old farm bike, because the small-bore battle just got real! Open to any clutchless bikes, plus sub-150cc bikes with clutches. No two- or four-stroke MX race bikes – this is Dust Hustle, not Loretta Lynn’s.

Old Mates (Pre-’90) $25
Roll out the vintage and classic steeds; this Pre-1990 only class is open to anything old and awesome. An eclectic mix of desert sleds and panheads can opt to take part in this jalopy jive category. We expect there’ll be a number of $500 gumtree specials duking it out for bragging rights too.

Risky Road Bikes $25
A road bike that is road legal (or close to), your daily ride, a weekend tarmac warrior, big adventure bike or highway cruiser. You never know where the skills you pick up here will help you. Possibly the most inappropriate and impressive category.

Mini Speedway Classic FREE
No entry fee for this one. Just roll up, be thrown in a race with whoever and bust it out around the speedway track. Road bikes, dirt bikes, whatever … just bring what you want for a shed load of fun at the end of the day.

Coup De Grace – $55

Webster defines “coup de grace – koo-de-gra” as: 1. A death blow administered to end the suffering of one mortally wounded. 2. A decisive finishing event. In other words, you’re on your own for this one. It’s all about the ability to endure and persevere, as victory is about crossing the finish line! Regulations: YOU MUST USE A STOCK FUEL TANK, NO QUICK-FILLS. To participate, you must have entered at least one other Red Bull Day in the Dirt Down Under race. (125cc – 450cc, Senior Riders 16+ Only)
